Marc-Andre is a founding member of LaL and has co-developed and co-facilitated the Learning as Leadership curriculum for over 25 years. He is also the primary facilitator of We Lead, LaL’s in-house corporate training program, which has been delivered to thousands of leaders from the US and Europe. He is a fellow of the World Business Academy, former Member Consultant of the Society for Organizational Learning (SoL), and has lectured at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He has given numerous presentations at SoL and Pegasus Systems Thinking conferences, the San Rafael Leadership Institute and the Centered Leadership Institute.
