To her role as a 360 Feedback Specialist, Allison brings her training and experience as a psychotherapist, where she has supported many people to explore and understand their self, relationships, and visions for change. Through the course of that work, she has spent hundreds of hours communicating deeply with people about what matters most to them. She is endlessly curious about humans and the stories we tell ourselves and each other.
Allison holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Beloit College, and a M.A. in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University. She is co-chair and a founding member of Postpartum Support International Alaska Chapter, a non-profit dedicated to promoting awareness, prevention and treatment of mental health issues related to childbearing. She also teaches yoga, which helps keep her from straying too far from her mat. Outside of work, she can be found stopped in her tracks to watch the salmon swim up the stream near her house, taking pictures of the frost on her children’s eyelashes, and just generally being amazed at the incredible state of Alaska that she calls home.
