As a 360º Feedback Specialist, Sarah leverages her extensive experience in Organization Development to support Learning as Leadership participants in reaching new levels at work and home.
Since 2005, Sarah has been serving organizations in the areas of business development, organizational effectiveness and talent management. She’s worked with a variety of organizations — from burgeoning nonprofits focused on systemic change to tech startups in Silicon Valley. Having worked throughout the US, Mexico and China, she is keenly aware of the power of diverse teams.
Sarah earned a BA in Family & Human Services at the University of Oregon and a MA in Organizational Development from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco. An enthusiastic learner, her credo is to ‘listen, learn, and adapt’. In her spare time, she dances Casino Rueda, Salsa and Kizomba.
