I’d say our retention through the changes was higher than it otherwise would have been. I’d put a very rough savings of $50K on recruiting costs through that retention.
I see the biggest immediate business value in reduced costs by eliminating wasted time and effort…I see hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential value of associates raising issues quicker, reducing mind chatter that inhibits productivity, silos that result in duplicative work or work not done efficiently due to a lack of partnership.
