The initial 360 feedback I received was very hard to accept and made me angry. I started poking holes in it as a defensive mechanism. I believe that the total feedback process has been well thought out and is comprehensive. In the initial phase, the LaL “feedback gatherers” are superior in asking good questions to “feedback partners” and follow-ups to those questions - they gather very good raw information. On top of that, LaL coaches are outstanding in analyzing and understanding this information and presenting it to the individual.
