We Lead Pays Off
”
Amazing
Ordinarily, I'm not a big fan of public speaking. During my career, I've had to give speeches on a handful of occasions to audiences of 100 - 300, and the way it typically plays out is as follows: I want to be seen as charismatic, eloquent, "executive", etc. I write out lines, and rehearse, and rehearse, and rehearse. I get really nervous leading up to the event, and during the speech, I can feel nerves in my stomach, or my mouth is dry. If I miss a word, I get rattled, or focus on "what if I forget my next line?" The feedback I then get is that public speaking is not my forte. At We L....

New Perspective from WeLead
”
Amazing
I really appreciate the new perspective I have gained - both regarding external tools and mechanisms as well as realizations about myself and the 'story' I tell to rationalize how I waste my time!....

“
We Lead - Great success in breaking down silos
”
Amazing
Our organization began We Lead almost a year ago with more than 30 senior managers, directors and VPs in attendance. At that time, we were struggling across the organization with a number of issues, one of the more significant of which was the "Us vs. Them" dynamic between both groups and individuals across our organization. We Lead has given us a new framework and a new set of tools to work differently together. Since we've been through We Lead, we no longer focus on being right, but on getting to the right answer, regardless of whose idea it was. We no longer avoid conflict, but have lea....

“
We Lead Session 2 - Making Others Good
”
Amazing
This session was one of the most eye opening experiences I have had in my life thus far. I have always seen myself as a 'put myself in others' shoes' kind of person, but not to this extent. Through the guidance of the LAL guys and the team exercises with my coworkers I realized how much I can control my experiences with other people, both in work and in my personal life. Since the session I have seen people through a whole new lens as well as level of empathy and I can already see that it has impacted my life tremendously! I would recommend this to anybody, if for nothing else to show you a di....

“
Impact on multiple levels
”
Very Good
If you allow this training to take place, it has the potential of opening up subconscious blocks that permeate your life both at work and outside of work. During the "making others good" session, I had a very meaningful experience of coming face to face with something that has been rooted in me since before I can remember. It probably started by some incorrect thought that continued to evolve throughout my life, building on top of what the mind wants to call evidence. Yet, once I came in touch with it, the foundation crumbled and I felt a certain emotional lightness as a result. It is pa....
