I essentially started in my new job by going to the Shared Mastery seminar with my new boss. That was probably the best thing that could have ever happened in this position. Thanks to the seminar we did together, my boss David and I have such a good relationship and ability to communicate candidly and warmly. I seriously doubt this would have been possible without starting with Shared Mastery |
