The feedback process helped me to confirm what I thought I already knew as well as to dispel some beliefs that I falsely held. Through my coach, I was able to process these comments effectively and use them to my benefit, rather than just to react to them. It was a very valuable experience in helping me focus on myself and my path in life. |
