I believe that the total feedback process has been well thought out and is comprehensive. In the initial phase, the LaL “feedback gatherers” are superior in asking good questions to “feedback partners” and follow-ups to those questions - they gather very good raw information. On top of that, LaL coaches are outstanding in analyzing and understanding this information and presenting it to the individual. Then the LaL coach works with the participant to target their key areas of improvement, etc and put this information on the website for the subsequent phases of follow-up feedback. The follow-up feedback is then much more targeted and useful to the individual. |
