The 4-Mastery and We Lead programs have provided me with excellent tools to make meaningful changes in my life, both at work, as well as with my spouse and children. I have learned not only "what" I do that does not enable me to achieve the results I want, but "why" I continue do those things. Coaching has been a tremendous resource in reinforcing what I learned in the programs. My biweekly coaching calls cover a wide range of topics. We discuss challenges that I'm experiencing with my commitments, ideas for practices and experiments and new tools for me to use. There is also a formal process where my coach and I regularly take stock of my progress. My coach holds me accountable to my commitments, helps me understand why I'm struggling and reinforces the learnings from the formal programs. Coaching has been an invaluable tool for me. |
