Full commentary:
Our organization began We Lead almost a year ago with more than 30 senior managers, directors and VPs in attendance. At that time, we were struggling across the organization with a number of issues, one of the more significant of which was the "Us vs. Them" dynamic between both groups and individuals across our organization. We Lead has given us a new framework and a new set of tools to work differently together. Since we've been through We Lead, we no longer focus on being right, but on getting to the right answer, regardless of whose idea it was. We no longer avoid conflict, but have learned a new way to talk to each other about difficult issues. We've learned about what hindered our ability to collaborate in the past and a new approach to working with each other. We've learned about how receiving feedback can shift from something that is dreaded and feared, to a positive, learning opportunity. Throughout the organization, we are using a new language, having very different (and more productive) conversations with each other and are much more aligned than we ever have been. I would highly recommend We Lead for any organization.
