The team has been more effectively bringing their whole selves to work. The authenticity in dialogue between associates is palpable, and it seems that associates have removed their facade when engaging with others.
The biggest shifts were the creation of a radically candid environment where everyone can be authentic and direct,as well as a recognition of us vs. them dynamics with partners. Whereas previously there were icy and detached relationships with partners, all sides are making earnest efforts to build connections across the enterprise and collaborate more effectively to achieve common goals. This reduces wasted work and accelerates completion of work against our key goals.
