Our unique, interview-based 360º Feedback gives you a powerful, detailed synthesis of how you are perceived and how you impact those around you. Your coach carefully guides you through integrating the feedback and helps you build a clear vision of your key areas for improvement.

Personal Mastery Seminar

In our Personal Mastery seminar, your coach will support you to become aware of your triggers and unproductive habits, and trace them back to their root cause. Acquire the tools to overcome your derailers, and practice leading from your highest self. This seminar is an unexpected, profound journey to self-mastery.

Personal Mastery is 9 days and held in Sausalito, CA. Occasionally we also offer Personal Mastery as a virtual seminar, which is 10 non-consecutive days spread out over the course of two months.

Advanced Mastery is a hybrid seminar, where 3 days are virtual and 3 days are in-person in Sausalito, CA.

Team Mastery is 2 days in-person and immediately follows Advanced Mastery in Sausalito, CA.

No! While many of our clients are executive leaders, we support clients from all organization levels and walks of life, including couples and families.
