Elizabeth has been the Director of Administration for Learning as Leadership since 2005. Her day-to-day responsibilities include managing the administrative team, IT, and finance staff, providing Human Resource support, and coordinating LaL’s on-site training programs. Elizabeth previously worked at a non-profit financial counseling agency in Chicago where she provided educational training, consulting, and counseling services to the community.

Elizabeth is a member of Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA). Elizabeth earned a bachelor’s degree in business from Lake Forest College in 2002. She is completed her Certificate in Human Resource Management in 2010 from the University of California, Berkeley Extension.
