Jonathan has been working with LaL as a 360º Feedback Specialist since 2007, and is now Director of the 360º Feedback Department. A keen observer of human behavior, he conducts in-depth interviews using his knack for authentic connection and passion for helping clients identify and overcome personal obstacles. In addition to his work with LaL, he has led numerous alternative spring break trips with Jewish Funds for Justice (now Bend The Arc) and participated in the ADAMAH Jewish Farming Fellowship. Jonathan graduated with honors from the University of Michigan where he studied psychology, creativity, and religion. He continues to nurture his creative side as an active singer/songwriter.
